Cancellations & Returns

Customers can return saunas purchased from SunRay Saunas within 20 days from the shipping date, provided the sauna is in new and resalable condition. The sauna must be returned in its original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and crate).

Returns due to customer remorse or reasons outside of a product defect will be charged a return fee equal to the original and return shipping charges. Damaged returns due to improper packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Warranty Policy

SunRay Saunas include a 7-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, including the wood and glass structure.

• Electronic components (heaters, wiring, and controls) are covered by a 1-Year Warranty.
• Traditional sauna heaters carry a 1-Year Warranty.
• If a warranty claim requires a return, customers must provide a receipt showing the date of purchase, price, and dealer information.

Warranty claims will only be resolved by repair or replacement. Improper use, installation, or outdoor placement of indoor saunas will void the warranty. SunRay Saunas are intended for indoor, residential use only—commercial or outdoor use voids the warranty.

Shipping Policy

Curbside Delivery Only

All sauna deliveries are curbside only, meaning the shipment will be delivered to the end of your driveway or the closest accessible location via freight truck. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna from the truck into their home and completing the setup. The freight carrier will not bring the sauna inside or assist with unpacking, assembly, or placement.

Delivery Process

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery window.
• The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
• Ensure you have the necessary help and equipment to move the sauna from the curb to your desired location.

Accessibility & Additional Charges

If the freight company is unable to deliver the sauna due to accessibility issues (e.g., narrow roads, steep driveways, gated communities with restricted freight access), a third-party delivery service may be required, which could result in additional charges. You will be notified of any additional charges before coordinating the delivery.

Inspecting Your Shipment

• Please inspect your sauna immediately upon delivery for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
• If damage is noticed, note it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos before refusing the shipment or accepting it with a damage claim.
• Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to support@savedbythesauna.com.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee. Please ensure someone is present to receive the shipment.
