I like that as a big guy that I have no problem using it like other ones. They actually cover my shoulders.

My wife and I absolutely love this sauna. It’s nice and hot and fits perfectly in a small space, yet it’s large enough to fit 3-4 people or lay down solo. Most importantly, the customer service at this company was second to none. I had a small issue, they took care of me immediately. Did not leave me in the dust, I sense this is a family run company, and they are doing it right. Proud to give them my business for a quality product and outstanding service. Great sauna for the price. My wife and I use it daily to relax. Takes about a half hour to get to 175 degrees. We keep our sauna in a unheated garage, I'm sure if it was in a controlled environment you would be able to get it warmer.

The sauna is very relaxing and has plenty of space inside for laying down. I like the top and bottom benches because it lets either lay down or several people set up at the same time. Gets really hot. Very pleased.

This unit is excellent. We had our builders assemble it so I cannot comment on the complexity of the assembly, but two people had it put together in just about 2-3 hours (although one had previous experience with sauna assembly). The features are all as advertised and the unit works very well. We use it daily and it is a worthwhile investment.

Love the double bench! Provides plenty of room to layout which is what I was looking for.

You really cant beat the price of the sauna when you include the Harvia heater. I saw models with more features but I just wanted a solid cabin and good heater which is what I got.

I've owned a few saunas and its not a commercial model but its a very high quality sauna. Good solid wood and well constructed. Heavy duty heater.

The sauna definitely meets expectations. Looks just like the photos and video. Was easy to assemble. The heater frame gave me a little trouble at first but other than that the sauna works real good. Used it about 10 times without any issue.

The sauna arrived in just a few days. You guys were great at answering our questions when assembling it. Will definitely recommend your superior customer service

Well we barely got the sauna to go down the steps to our basement but after some manuevering we were able to get it in place. It was actually very easy to assemble. It looks great and works great! Thanks

Very nice sauna. When comparing, I found the price was very good for a complete model with the shingled roof and floor compared to other brands. Took about 5 hours to install with me and a helper. Looks really good on our porch.

Great deal at $3k (ish). Exceeded expectations. Easy assembly. Hits 75-80* C in about 45 min (in garage, ambient temp about 25* C). Also, polite staff.

This is the best ever sauna. I purchased mine in 2017 and used it at lease three times a week. Love it

I've had your 200SN Baldwin sauna for about 8 months. I will have to say that its a very good sauna for the money. The Harvia heater works great. My only suggestion is to offer an upgrade to a digital keypad instead of using the Harvia knobs.
